Definitions a. "Service" means the SAAS-based garage repair management solution offered by PURSHO Enterprise to the user. b. "User" means the person or entity that has registered to use the Service. c. "Agreement" means these terms and conditions, along with any additional policies or documents referred to in this Agreement.

User's Obligations a. The User agrees to use the Service solely for the purpose of managing garage repair operations. b. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service. c. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. d. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.

Ownership and License a. The Service, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by PURSHO Enterprise. b. PURSHO Enterprise grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of this Agreement. c. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise create derivative works of the Service.

Payment a. The User agrees to pay the fees associated with the use of the Service in accordance with the pricing plan selected during registration. b. All fees are non-refundable.

Termination a. The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling their subscription to the Service. b. PURSHO Enterprise may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice, if the User violates any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. c. Upon termination, the User's access to the Service will be immediately revoked.

Disclaimer of Warranties a. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b. PURSHO Enterprise makes no warranties or representations express or implied, with respect to the Service, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability a. PURSHO Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption. b. PURSHO Enterprise's liability for any direct damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the preceding 12-month period.

Indemnification a. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PURSHO Enterprise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Service or any breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore (India).

Entire Agreement a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and PURSHO Enterprise with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the User and PURSHO Enterprise.
